About This Project

Lost Sheep Cafe, located in Ivanhoe, serves a vibrant local community and nearby businesses. To support their vision, I provided an end-to-end business consultancy package, addressing every aspect of their cafe’s operations. This included recommending and implementing a suitable POS system, creating a carefully curated menu, and designing their branding and logo to reflect their unique identity.

Additionally, we have developed their website to ensure a seamless online presence, provided professional food photography to highlight their offerings, and managed targeted advertising campaigns to reach their audience effectively. Beyond this, I offered ongoing digital support to strengthen their engagement with both local patrons and businesses.
